I survived

So I ran about 3/4 of it, maybe a little less. Chuck and Sara ran the whole thing and thus beat me. All in all, it was a good run for a great cause. I didn't need the paramedics, which is good. I was lucky the event was sponsored by Boston EMS. I'm already in training for next year.

Here is my first bib ever.

With the amount of posts you make about food, I find it hard to believe that bib is the first one ever.

But yeah! Congrats! Going part way of a 5mile without any training at all is pretty darn good.

Har....that is true. I should have said that this bib is different than the one I wear every day for dinner.

Dude, that's awesome. Congrats!
In my old age I discovered I actually enjoy running, it's the best anti-anxiety drug I've found. It's even legal.
